The two weeks
- The health check. We take your current plan apart and show you where it breaks before your retailer does.
- A clean history. We mark every promotion, stockout, launch and press spike, then take them out. What’s left is what customers wanted at full price.
- The forecast. Rates of sale come from the clean history. Each promotion is modelled on its own and added back. Every number carries its likely range.
- The insights. Each decision comes with the money attached: what to buy, move, hold or cut, and which promotions to sign. You get the draft on day 13 and the walkthrough call on day 14.
