This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what.
Who we are
Antevon Ltd runs this site and is the data controller for anything collected here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17404379, registered office Manorfield, Church Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 6EA. For anything on this page, write to legal@antevon.com.
What we collect
The site runs one analytics tool, PostHog, so we can see which pages get read and which links get clicked. It sets a first-party cookie to tell a return visit from a new one, and records the page, where you came from, your browser, and a rough location from your IP address. It does not know who you are unless you tell us, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you email us or book a call, we hold your name, your email address, what you send us, and, if you ask us to phone you, your number. That is the list.
What we do with it
We use it to reply, to run the work you asked about, and to send you the thing you requested. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a list you did not ask for. In legal terms the basis is legitimate interest when we answer your message, and performance of a contract when we work together.
Client data
Sales exports and reports shared for an audit are used only to build your files, shared with no one outside Antevon, and deleted on request. The engagement letter for each piece of work carries the full confidentiality terms.
Where it lives
The site is hosted on Vercel, site analytics run on PostHog in the US, our email runs on Google Workspace, and bookings are created in Cal.com, our scheduling processor, which also sends the calendar invite and reminders. All four act as processors for us and may store data in the UK, the EU, and the US under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the conversation or engagement is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Ask and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to legal@antevon.comand we will sort it out. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
